Lol, how does this even work?
What values do either scale to? How does also weakened frieza and goku work? I don't see a key for them on their profiles. Can goku still turn SSJ and can frieza turn golden form?

There's like zero scaling for Goku and Frieza other than them being semi-relative to Android 17.

They work exactly the same as they did in their final fight against Jiren. So Goku can turn SSJ in extremely short burst and Frieza can't really use Golden (which would be unfair anyways bc Frieza at that point of time would ragdoll ft arc Vegito Blue).
Though I can just change them to their fresh post-ToP selves if this is too unfair or non valid
