The Tier Allocation of Ultimate Kars

No, I'm saying if he hypothetically copies genetics and it's hereditary, who says wether the system may recognize him as a family member or that he may gain all souls by extension? This is why Kars becomes a headache when you get to the idea of souls and why it has been a common inconclusive argument within the JoJo community on wether or not he can copy stands.

That said I said hypothetical because I don't know how the fate system works, I would have to defer to you on this one

as Kars never copied something that was beyond the bound of purely biological stuff , i'd say that he can't copy anything else unless proven otherwise.

so even if it's hereditary , as long as it is magical , divine/demonic ,soul or mind based he shouldn't be able to copy/adapt .

the boundary is less clear when a system seems to be on both side like the Force as i mentionned wich seems to be both biological but also more than that ( not an expert on the Force)

The Force on paper says it's biological (midichlorians) but in actuality it displays itself differently.

Also since cross verse neutral rules apply, those are genetic and biological rules in the verse in question, by that logic Kars can copy it as a skill creatures in that universe may gain.

imo , Hamon is affected by the soul/mental but it biological in nature ( can't breathe , you can't produce hamon wich indicate biological .)

The above is especially true if you use the overlord example where magic skills are explicitly stated to be gained through genetic predisposition to the power

From that, if both verse rules are neutral, then anything hereditary may be gained by him and he may learn it if there is no explicit meta restriction

Again, black clover, magical skill is genetic, nothing says he cannot use it if the universes rules apply to kars

if it is stated to be biological then it's ok for Kars to use , probably. But i disagree on him knowing all spells frim the verse instantly , just the one he see /used on him , especially if incantation are needed .

I agree with that at least, Kars cannot insta use spells because they are knowledge based although I would say he may just gain it offhand if in that universe he is given prep in a vs thread.

if it is in a verse where he can copy magic from ,allow instinctive burst of magical force without incantation he could use that off the bat .

but if incantation are needed to do anything ,then he will have to learn via prep or experience mid-fight .

if incantatin follow a form of logic ( like tale based , poetry , just the use of a word of power from a ancient language) he could "break" the code via sheer intellect after a few tries i think .
