SCP-3922 is a cylindrical object that, when placed next to something playing a work of fiction, causes soldiers from the Three Moon Initiative with futuristic weapons (Called SCP-3922-A) to appear in the work of fiction, proceeding to punish criminals in accordance with the work's age rating and the severity of their crimes. While they usually use extreme violence to dispatch criminals, they are willing to put clearly insane criminals (Such as The Pyro from TF2 or Issac's Mother from the Binding of Issac) into rehabilitation. However, the likes of the Joker (In two separate instances) were swiftly killed regardless, so there's clearly a limit. The have various weapons, including massive metal airships and grenades that BFR the target to an unknown location. They also seemingly have access to the Death Star and a "Moon Destroyer Ray", but they have never been shown to use them. They cannot interfere in a verse if a godlike figure within (Such as The Truth from Fullmetal Alchemist or Mel Brooks in any of his movies) chooses to stop them. They also can counter certain objects with preparation, such as the Crimson Belhit from Berserk. The more absurd a work of fiction is, the more unpredictable SCP-3922's effects are, though it needs to be incredibly absurd before this even begins to happen. Their power varies greatly, from being unable to stop the likes of Darth Vader and Globglogabgalab to being able to assist Sora in fights with with Kingdom Hearts bosses. In general, they seem to be on the level you can get in a verse through technology, magic, and other things that can be learned and you don't need to be born with. They be quite powerful in a verse like Mega Man, but would be average at best in something like Fire Emblem. Their entry point varies greatly. While usually at the first sign of crime, they also can appear long before a movie's events, as seen with the test using Kingdom Hearts. SCP-3922-A instances are also shown to An extended testing log of SCP-3922 can be found here.
For some rules outside of this stuff, verses that don't exist in a visual format (Such as books, comics, manga, etc...) will be assumed to have a 100% accurate adaptation for the sake of discussion.
