The Thing (1979) vs The Pharaoh (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir)

The Thing seems to have the AP advantage, but what stops the Pharaoh from either trapping him in a Time Bubble or turning him into a mummy?

Pharaoh needs to actually tag him first for that. It's a possibility, but it doesn't necessarily defines the match.

Speed is equalized, so here goes the speed issue, and Pharaoh turns people to mummies with a ray. That and I think the Time Bubble thing was also not done with a touch iirc

I'm not saying that the Power of Anubis or the Power of Thoth can't be a win-con, I'm saying that it doesn't necessarily defines the battle as a whole.

'Sides, Pharaoh doesn't has a settled battle style, he opened with the Power of Anubis during the fight against LB and CN during "The Pharaoh", but in the Heroes Day he only used Horus and Sekhmet.

And yes, I'm aware that he can use them at a distance, but my point is that Thing can also dodge; perhaps not forever, but that's aside.

Well, I vote Pharaoh for my reasons since he's a lot more versatile. Also I recall Pharaoh carrying Princess Fragrance when he used Horus's powers. And Sekmet's powers is just his strongest form so of course he would use that in a physical battle
