Scorpion (According to Teenagers) since he scales past Super Dimentio, Zeedmilleniamon, Asriel Dreemurr (And by extention Asriel (Exadurated)), Arceus (And Exaterated to by extention) and anything Zalgo posseses that is from an E through T game. Plus, almost everything in fiction has had a non-M-game appearence, thus he easily beats them.

This is joke battles wiki. And Megaman.EXE is from an E game, thus scorpion CLEARLY beats him since he's the GOD OF HELL

No, Squirrel Girl is only memetic tier and this wiki has a lot (and I mean a lot) of characters that transcend that.
