This is a completely subjective thread and people are allowed to believe what they want.

If someone doesn't believe a character shouldn't exist on this site, that's fine, if you want to believe he does, that's also fine.

@Gargoyle It's not subjective if we are talking VS Debating on this very website. The whole point of having profiles is to avoid people calling any interpretation as subjective and valid to them. Someone who keeps ignoring 4-B DBZ because it's "just a statement", even in VS Threads, wouldn't be defended with things like "it's just his opinion".

Which it really isn't, we're not debating a versus match here, if this was done on a versus thread, I would agree, but this is just a conversation about the strongest characters.

It's completely okay for people to disagree on making a profile and scaling off of a single unclear vague statement that puts the rest of the verse astronomically higher then before.

Also, Cell has multiple statements and is completely consistent with the rest of the verse.

Non of this applies to Touhou.

As far as we know if Ajimu were to ever have a Tier it would be either "Star Level" (for destroying a star) or "Universe Level+" (for being comparable to Medaka who supposedly created a Universe in her strongest form)
