High 1B: Downstreamers, regardless of speed
1B: Maybe Ynnnead
High 1C: Yaldabaoth
1C: Battler Ushiromiya
Low 1C: God (Digimon)
High 2A: Swamp Thing (Classic), though probably a Digimon
2A:YHVH
2B: Equal is Zeus (Saint Seiya), Unequal either Chara or Arceus.
2C: I don't know.... Chaos, Pontos and Lucemon are all incredible contenders. Though Pontos does get blitzed.
Low2C: Probably one of the creation Trio.
3A: White Face Unequal, either it or the Downstreamers if Equal.
3B: There was a Saint Seiya 3B I don't remember.
3C: Alphamo no question, I'm honestly amazed this thing hasn't defeated Reinhard yet...
4A: The God Emperor of Mankind regardless of speed.
4B: The God Emperor of Mankind again, although with Unequal it may have pulled an inconclusive against Playable Caster (Tamamo-no-Mae), provided our old standard of immeasurable wasn't Axed.
High 4C: Might be Bayonetta (Character) once the upgrades go through, Equal Link (Composite)

Diablo>Shion, though that was when they fought in the past and shion has gotten stronger, she probably is stronger than that version of diablo now, she does have some better abilities like soul and time stop resistance.
Shion next chapter will be 6-A and have causality manipulation on top of what she already has, and probably more resistance like resistance to instant death among other things, she will be FTL as well.
