alright, then I am going to go with Spy, as while he is not bleeding, The Ghost will not be able to know where he is. Also Backstabs and Dead Ringer.

I'm pretty sure Spy one-shots here. Spy is 0.0016512881 tons while The Ghost is 0.0000617404 tons. So Spy just shoots his gun.
