What I don't get is, does Arthur scales to his dynamite? Like, of course his dynamite is meant to be stronger than his normak attacks, but I mean does he downscale at least close, or his Wall level ratings come from animals and stuff?
(I know this is Micah, but since he scales to Arthur)

Nah, Arthur physically scales to American Bison. His dynamites are at least about 20-40x stronger and can basically oneshot him at point blank range (His durability feat from withstanding it had the wagon on top of it which significantly reduced the impact).

Micah scales to Arthur, who can handle an American Bison with an impact of 120,936 Joules. Micah is weaker than Billy by a factor of x2.56, although Billy is immensely surpassed in LS since Micah scales to 1,270 kg, having then a difference in LS of at least x10.58 times and a maximum of up to x5.59 times.

Micah has higher lifting strength and debatably more skilled in marksmanship

If it comes down to a quickdraw Micah definitely wins

If it comes down to H2H Billy probably wins (Although it would be extremely close)

The lifting strength, regeneration, and endurance of Micah would give Butcher a fight, but if he uses some of his preparation gear, he can win without any problems.
