That's more like duplication than regeneration. The Snatcher is not healing himself of any wound, he is simply multiplying himself into multiple copies of Hat Kid

Well, I'm not loosing so much from this downgrade, cause Snatcher is still op and I'm glad for it.

Anyways, makes sense, since he already have duplication for basically same reason.
