I think I would probably give it to Buffy. She probably already knows all the weaknesses of a vampire and will open with those. And while they won't kill him forever, it will render him in a deathlike state and I think Buffy will know to make sure the job is done rather than allow him to heal. She also surprisingly dwarfs even his thousand-years of combat experience so I don't think this will be a problem for her.

That's the neat part. He doesn't. Buffy scales to 0.052 tons of TNT while he upscales massively from 0.008 tons. This is an AP stomp.
