I can't really see the bypassing of the armor.

If Howitzer is not enough for doing the cop fly, I agree with solid 9-A. Otherwise I'm fine with likely 9-A.
Nevermind. I agree with solid 9-A 'cause Howitzer would make the same amount of hurt, I guess so...

To be honest, I'd prefer to be neutral.
