Nothing really since he's giving prep, Wanda only has kilometers of range so normally she would have the advantage but with prep there's no chance in a range game

she can't given he has prep it's fairly one sided he can just do her in with range, and superior AP at that point even if they're 100m apart and can both attack within that range with relative speed what stops him from getting 1 hit

I still believe The Scarlet Witch loses she typically opens a fight with a blast more often than not afterwards leading into mind manip and her other abilities. I also don't believe her mind manip would work in this case since for Shockwaves Base key he resisted D-Voids Mind manip who should have abilities that scale far beyond anything The Scarlet Witch is capable of so he could probably genuinely outhax her and resist anything she'd typically do in a fight as her openers to get the win.
