Aight adding a new Key, adding a few powers and changing some justifications/stats

Powers to remove:
Martial Arts and Weapon Mastery as while he's experienced with various weaponry and often brawls he never displays any notable skill in both areas

New Key (Pre Cyborg):
Stats;
AP: 9-A of hurting The Punisher (Punisher Volume 5 Issue 10)
Speed: MHS+ as he can tag The Punishe
Durability: 9-A due to being unfazed by The Punisher smashing a chair at him (Punisher Volume 5 Issue 10)
LS: At least Class 1 as he should be superior to The Punisher

Powers:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Resistance to Pain Manipulation as he's unfazed by being kicked in the nuts and stabbed in the gut (Punisher Volume 5 Issue 10)
Rest of the powers currently on page will be added to Cyborg Key

Powers to add to Cyborg Form:
Type 2 Immortality as he's fine after stuff like this (Punisher Volume 6 Issue 5)
Minor resistance to heat as he seems relatively fine in fire compared to humans (Punisher Volume 6 Issue 4)

Justification Changes:
Durability explanation for High 8-C should be changed to "Should be comparable to his attack"
