I'm gonna just say Shiro due to his intelligence, and power mimicry. Will say this now I am completely unfamiliar with Fate prior to me trying to find how far into 7-A they are.`

Edit Also Shirou speed stomps, so maybe equalize speed.

Megaguirus scales to that particular iteration of Godzilla being passively 700+ Megatons by just kind of existing, apparently, so I really can't imagine that Shirou holds the AP advantage here, at least not with anything within 7-A. ...that said, he has a lot of weapons that could probably just kill it in one shot straight up, and despite its size seems to have way more range. He probably still wins, but Megaguirus comes pretty close to one-shot potential.

Something like that. And, Shirou has both a lot more ways to get the first hit, and is generally smarter with the tools on the table, so, yeah. That's the thought process anyways.
