The Power Gem- does it really do what is says on the box ?

The Power Gem allegedly contains all the power that ever has existed or will exist in the marvel universe, does this mean that it contains the power of every single character that has ever visited the marvel universe and the power of every single character in it ?

So, are the beyonders and Multiversal abstract's powers included within it ?
