Simply put, the justification for The Player's 2-A possibly High 2-A key seems insufficient for High 2-A.
As was discussed when this thread got momentarily derailed about it, the feat of creating/erasing infinite universes, each of which contains a creature which contains infinite universes, doesn't seem like enough for High 2-A. Rather, it seems more like YHVH in being above baseline 2-A, but not uncountably infinitely above it, so not High 2-A.
