To be fair, the rest of the marvel 1-A's come after the tiering revisions, and I'm pretty sure it's more complex than just being outside space and time

The gaps in power for 1-A and above are unfathomably high, and unlike lower tiers in which we can give some idea of AP and cosmology, plus, verses in 1-A are above are very complex, which makes an actual fight pretty much impossible
