The New Kid vs. Sekiro

And what?

What will he do with it?

Stop Sekiro in time? Which means nothing due to his immortality?

Also his TimeFart - Glitch works post mortem. As long as he thinks about it he can just rewind time like it never happened. Death, BFR, Etc is reversed and it acts like never happened while the person who used the attack has no idea what happened and simply remembers throwing out the attack.

The New Kid never showed the ability to affect his future self with his farts, only to bring forward his past self, time stop, etc. He doesn't go for limb detachment IIRC so that's out of the question and even then he'd need to be decently skilled to even get that- Wolf laughably outskills.

Time Fart Glitch isn't spammable and needs to be prepared to achieve the effects you describe, meaning Wolf can easily take down the New Kid before he can activate it.

New Kid technically has win conditions in the form of incap, I suppose, but I'm not sure if they're in character enough to do that. If they are decided to be enough, I 100% vote Wolf. South Park makes some good games but not enough abilities to overcome Type 4 and immense skill gap.

Hang on, the reason we don't see that could actually be because of game mechanics. Think about it if he can summon himself from only a few seconds ago what stops the clone from using the same power? In lore nothing, in game its there for balance sake.

Nothing in "lore" (if we can call South Park lore, actual lore) directly contradicts it, IIRC the ability also takes a few seconds to pull off. When you're not taking turns that's a big deal, Wolf can just sorta deathblow.

Uh... no? The moment you press the button to use a timefart the world around you stops so you can do the motion. The fart itself is basically thought based, they give you time to cancel it because the in combat TimeFarts need to recharge so you don't want to waste them.
