It just says he has galactic range with his teleptathy no potency.

Not sure how much it matters but Vader was also able to perceive and resist a TP attack from Onslaught empowered Red Skull.

Vader is Planetary mindhax with Galactic range. Doom's resistances are around Planetary.
Without that, Vader's options against Doom are... limited. He won't get past his forcefields, and Doom is a technopath. Vader is covered in technology. Doom can easily destroy his suit and leave him to die, whether with electricity, magnetism, energy, or just regular hits. He doesn't need to pull out his hax, but all of his hax are fatal for Vader anyways.
It's honestly kinda stompy.
