The explosion should be calculated; also, since he wasn't touching it, he won't scale to the full potency. And withstanding is a big word since he came out completely disfigured. I believe even IRL we "withstood" explosives like him. Patrick is also damaged by ordinary people daily; at most, the explosion is an outlier.
Also, I think an SCD-like section is unnecessary on vsbw. Like AC, under our definition would just fall under stamina. BKI is redundant as it's already listed as body control.
I'm unsure why his mind palace is under his Working Memory Index. It's not like he visualizes the entirety of it. Also, Patrick figuring out the day of the date is very likely sheer memory rather than Processing Speed.
WMI and VSI hold the same feats basically, so why not mix them?
I also think the SIQ feat is likely a trick, like the blindfold not actually making him blind. A lot of times, Patrick pulls out "impossible" feats which are revealed to be idiotic at the end; he's a mentalist after all.
As a weakness, you could also add that he's afraid of guns and general violence, or at least finds himself incapable of handling it, so he just leaves others to it.
Peak human combat/reaction speed lacks justification.
You could also add
Analytical prediction via his Foresight feats. You can also add
instinctive action due to his intuition.
I disagree with Weapon Mastery; he didn't show proficiency, at most he just shot with them, but that's something anyone can do. He doesn't even have a standard equipment; optional is fine, but he doesn't carry them around daily.
