Peacemaker S2 CRT

This CRT will cover the addition of Peacemaker character profiles to the DCU verse, and some minor changes.​

Minor Changes​

Bloodsport should get Superhuman Precision for being able to do this, and consequently Peacemaker too.
Superman should have Sound Manipulation for for being able to whistle loudly to summon Krypto.
Rick Flag Jr. and Bloodsport should get Social Influencing (Leadership), for being the leader of their respective teams.

The 30 810.6771128 Joules stat reference is still there and needs to be removed. Also, his image tabbers should probably be renamed to something like “Earth-1” for his regular outfit and “Earth-X” for the other one.

Murn really doesn’t need to have his keys split into different tabbers, there’s not enough material in either of them for that to be necessary. Also, his Martial Arts, Weapon Mastery and Marksmanship need justifications.

I have problems with the skull punching calc. even proper boxers pushing 1300+ joules can't even do any significant damage let alone humans with full-power stomps who at best take out the side bones. At best you're just caving it in slightly but no real life human is strong enough to actually punch a hole clean through a human head.
