It doesn't really matter since they both have really high regen. It's gonna come down to hax.

ok so Gumball with the Console can make this into a turn base rpg and since he can ignore the games own turns system, he has a huge advantage but the Mask has Pregonition which can definetly come in handy though Gumball's mind reading does help negate it (this isn't a vote just a convo starter).
Alternativly, Gumball uses the remote and tries to quickly end The Mask (Gumball also has helmet giving Probability Manip) though there probably is a way for hin to avoid it

I'm almost sure mask has way to dodge, avoid and negate all of gumball haxes

Mask also has Technology Manipulation that can cause tech to fail as well.

well that's an issue for Gumball since two of his strongest weapons are tech based. He has the notebook though so that is something.
plus Helmet will help any non-danmaku attacks be avoided

Mask can literral use power mimick to pull a helmet for him self... or you know, teleport behind gumball and take the helmet sinse It's cmprobability manipulation don't protect the helmet It self

it technically does to some extent since the helmet even when thrown by gumball when he get's rid of it didn't fully go in the hole to end up burnt (though power mimick still is an issue here since he negates said advantage)

Nothig, also nothing stops mask from pratically ignoring gumball entire arsenal
This battle would probable be better if was gumball (without optional equipament) vs the original mask

no he got a CRT to make the verse consistently 8-A with talks of maybe even bring his Verse to Tier 7 consistently
