I was browsing Community Central when I came across this and from what I'm hearing, this "Lucy" Experiment will effectively remove Source editing.
To partially quote a user named MasterMystery
"To rephrase what ATSK said, "Lucy" is a new editor that FANDOM has been working on. "Lucy" is specifically designed to replace source mode/classic editor, though I'd like to argue that the reason why so many wikis are designed the way they are has much to do with source mode editing. If you head over to the Thirteen Reasons Why Wiki, go to a random page and click source mode, you'll see the editor and it's many flaws. It's because of this that the 13RY Wiki is basically deserted and why there's barely an amount of users editing (if any, I haven't checked in much)."
It seems Fandom is developing some kind of "replacement" for the editor. My question is, the source editor...is it really confusing? Similar to the Discussions module, this could, hypotehtically speaking, cause us some problems in the near future, should this be implemented any time soon.
This is what "Lucy" looks like (on mobile)
The general concern is forcibly replacing another editor, one that in a lot of our opinions isn't exactly "complicated".
