The Leper (Darkest Dungeon) vs Jim Lake Jr

How does Leper's stat amp, self-empathetic and healing work?
 
Okay it's been a long while since I played darkest dungeon so bear with me. Iirc it's done via channeling abilities through his sword. Stat amp comes from either revenge or withstand that buff his AP or durability respectively.

Healing and self empathy comes from solemeity where he basically sits and prays for a turn. The problem with trying to depict how fast they are is cause its turn based so that's up for speculation.

Remind me what's Jim's AP? Leper iirc is 14KG
