The Kool-Aid Man fights a Cup (GRACE)

Would like to know which calculation blog says Cuphead is 9-B. As shown in the calculation blog, mid-game Cuphead is already 9-A.

But early game Cuphead may still be 9-B with proper reasoning supported by relevant calculation blogs.
 
^ makes sense but make sure you bar aircrafts and other vehicles from Cuphead.

Versus debate does not work this way. If one defeats a 9-A with raw attacks, one is considered a 9-A. Otherwise, all other characters in all other profiles in all other verses would need revision.

Cuphead simply does not one-shot the genie. (If he one-shots the genie, he would need to be at least 7 times as strong as the genie durability.)
