I think CH should actually get wall level durability. But I need to recheck something

Anyway, I probably shouldn't say this, but Frank probably wins due to being more skilled and having greater durability (by the way, I helped make the original profile and by that I mean trying to make a profile with all his feats and abilities in but being too incompetent to lay out a page correctly should someone make a CRT on that?)
 
jeebus Christ my tired and sick self phrased myself badly. What I mean to say is that in a hand to hand fight Frank likely has the advantage due to Joker's punches likely not being enough to take down a guy with enough density to destroy ceilings and tanked a 2 story fall. I should also point out that Frank has a clear adacantage in any fight taking place in Philadelphia due to knowing the city's sewers extremely well, giving an incredible battlefield advantage
