Marckus does have prior knowledge of the hunter if that helps

Yeah he only has a pistol when optional equipment is restricted

Also he can only call the supply ship a. Limited number of times

Though it should be noted he has superhuman reaction speed, I’m not sure if that’s gonna be a issue given speed equalization rules something about combat speed but not attack or reaction speed anyway

If the parameters are changed to starting in stealth at closer range then yeah I can see Marckus winning
