I said that this fight would be cool but didn't really think about the abilities. Both are similar but i think neither can affect another. Ghidorah is incorporeal and his higher-dimensional form exists in its own dimension while Horned Serpent is also incorporeal and exists in a different space. Essentially they can't harm each other as neither has NPI and destroying a universe won't help them either since both can exist in void spaces and both shouldn't be able to affect each other with that as well since both have space-time hax. Overall i'd say this is inconclusive.
