Warhammer Fantasy chaos is not 40K chaos. I propose a rating of "likely 2-B" (Should be comparable to Warhammer Fantasy Slaanesh, who should only be slightly weaker than Warhammer Fantasy Khorne, who was stated to have "Bellows of rage that echo throughout the multiverse"

We should also have a seperate key for the fantasy versions of the chaos gods, with each being "likely 2-B"
