There are some stuff missing, he breaks the fourth wall a few times, he has way more optional equipment too. Looks like most of the stuff that got added are the ones that would be more useful in a combat scenario.

House breaks into their home and solos. Seriously though, like that case with the brain eating amoeba was very impressive.

But I mean, if the bacteria has 2 months depends how evolved it actually is. The shutting down of the immune response as one of the symptoms will certainly be noticed by him as well. If it's curable house will likely find a way here. Throw broad spectrum anti-biotics at em, shut down their liver, when that doesn't work go from there(semi-joke...it's house)

But to be fair, with harder cases he works better rubberbanding off of his team tbh, like the time the CDC was involved
