The Great Jagras fights another cartoon character.

It saids he can rip up lamp posts and use them as weapons and he can fight people strong enough to harm him. I tried the link but it won't work for some reason.
 
Seem's he's baseline, which gives a slight edge to Great Jagras in AP. The Jagras also has supeior speed and strength. So I say that the Jagras swallows this frog with mid-difficulty.
 
Buff Frog does have some combat experience, understanding of it, & stealth abilities.... But I'm presuming Great Jagras has greater AP, for one. Also, Buff Frog's stamina ain't that impressive, so it has that over him, plus Rage Power.

Not sure who to vote on for now.
