Eh, Grima has some advantage over Nemesis. While Grima is weaker iirc, he does have Pavise+ and Dragonskin to lower the damage, even with Nemesis’ SoTC doing bonus damage to him. Aegis+ should help him with any of his lightning attacks from Counter attack. Though he could amp his stat with Ignis to even the odds.

Not to mention that Grima can summon Risens to hold back Nemesis and attack him when he is distracted. Since this is Future Past, Grima’s attacks are 100% accurate due to Hawkeye so Nemesis won’t be able to avoid them and they also ignore durability.
