I saw that there was a profile for Manny and God in th verse so i tried to make the First of the Fallen's profile. Since he doesn't really appear in Constantine or any other series of the verse, it was difficult so i like God's profile, i based myself on the official wiki.

I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be of much help here. I'm only knowledgeable on Flash and legends of tomorrow.

That aside, why is he 2-A exactly? Unless some characters other than god are 2-A, him being the 2nd most powerful doesn't prove he is 2-A. Is he considered close to god's power at least? If not then I don't see any good justification for 2-A.

The wiki says "he has terrifying levels of supernatural powers that are only undoubtedly surpassed by God himself". Constantine needed God's magic in episode 3 of the series (Constantine) to bannish the acetate on wich his Voice was recorded. But the wiki also says "he is still far surpassed only by God", so i might have exagerated with his tier. Still, he is surpassed only by God wich put him above the Speed Force and the Spear of Destiny to mo.

A more correct tier could be as for the Archangels in Supernatural verse "At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A" or "Unknown, At least Low 2-C, likely far higher".

And no, God is clearly identified as the ultimate supreme being of the verse. So except for the First with his limitations, there is no character close to him.

Aside that, there is no photo of the First of the Fallen, no even a representation like a pic or something in Constantine TV Series like for God. The only picture that could be right to put is a picture on wich you can see the path to Hell.

Sorry for the late response. But I disagree with the possibly 2-A rating.

Is him being weaker the only thing said about his power in relation to God? Is there any statement that makes him comparable to God or at least puts him at a similar level?

If the answer is yes to the first question and no to the second, then I don't think there's any evidence for 2-A here since the given justifications only indicates he is between a 2-A and some low 2-c characters and not that he himself is 2-A.

The AP explanation also needs work, He most definitely is not "almost omnipotent" considering how the term is used on this wiki.

To resume, there are some explanations about his power in the verse that can put him to this Tier. First, he created all demons in the Arrowverse wich includes Time Wraith for Flash and Mallus. He also is the mastermind behind every form of dark magic in the entire verse, from Damien Darhk in Arrow to Felix Faust in Constantine, the Death Totem in LoT and the Worldkillers Coven in Supergirl. The "possibly 2-A" rating means that, while he is not as powerful as God, he is clearly able to influence the Multiverse (wich countains infinite alternate timelines and realities) in some degrees. Also, Constantine needed God's own magic to bannish the Vinyl wich on the First's Voice was registered, to Hell. ("with the only known way to dispel his dark magic spells being to use God's magic power's unique but clearly extremely powerful connection to dark magic.", "Even John Constantine, a highly skilled and knowledgeable sorcerer, had to use God's own magic power to dispose of it by drawing on the disk's own dark magic to send it back to Hell". quotes from the FotF page on Arrowverse wiki). That means that his influence extends over the Multiverse.

The exemple i took to justify is the Supernatural case rating. God in Supernatural is 3-A and the Archangels are "At least 3-B, possibly 3-A" for being able to influence the Universe but being clearly far inferior to God (with the exception of supercharged Lucifer at the end of Season 13). Castiel with the souls of Purgatory was far superior to an Archangel like Raphael but was still far weaker than God and is rating like the Archangels. It's the same thing for the FotF, being weaker thtat God but only surpassed by him and still holding an enormous influence across the Multiverse. Plus, as the absolue ruler of Hell, he exists outside of it but can still influence it. The problem is that the First doesn't really act of appear in the verse but the fact that he is described as "only surpassed by God" and holds control over demons and black magic in the entire Multiverse is a good indication about it.

For the "Nigh-Omnipotent" stuff, it is said on the wiki that God is the only being superior to him. God in the Arrowverse is omnipotent for his own verse but he isn't for this wiki (Omnipotent beings are Tier 0 and God is 2-A). But yeah, i can remove this for the justification.

Anyway, the rating seems correct to me.

I do not know the case of Supernatural but I can tell you that having influence like you described it over the multiverse is not justification for 2-A AP. You have to show the power to destroy an infinite number of timelines or similar 4 dimensional structures at once in order to qualify for this tier. Nothing you have posted seems to indicate this.

I am also unsure of where you got the information that time wraiths were created by the First from. I don't remember any statement like that.

Well it's very difficult since the First doesn't really act or appear in the entire verse. Anyways, the profile has been locked, i c'ant edite it anymore and the Tier has been change for "Unknown" wich i'll admit is more adapted. I would have suggest "Unknown, At least Low 2-C, likely far higher". For the Time Wraiths things, it is said that they are demons and all demons in the Arrowverse have been created by the First. I got it from the wiki.

So for my question, i suppose i must ask the administrators ?

Yobobojojo Well there are differences between the DC Multiverse and the Arrowverse. The Arrowverse is a part of the global DC Multiverse. It is considered as one of the realities of the global DC Multiverse such as the DCEU or the DCAU.

Agreed. Putting him to "possibly 2-A" was a mistake because in fact, while he is described as so powerful that only God himself is above him (wich means he is above the Speed Force), there is no proof he is that strong. My bad.

At first no. It was a NBC series. the show (and all its characters, events, etc) has been integrated to the Arrowverse since the season 4 of Arrow (Episode "Haunted").

I don't know if a statement about him being the second most powerful entity can be used to compare him to someone who didn't even exist in the constantine verse at the time. But then again I am not entirely sure on how such situations are handled.

In fact, God and the FotF come from the Constantine verse. The didn't exist in the Arrowverse before 2015.

Well God wasn't part of the Arrowverse but he is ranked as 2-A for the entire verse since he is part of the verse now like the FotF. Since it is the only being above the First of the Fallen, the latter is above the Speed Force.
