3812 Is 1-A+ at most, so there's no way that he, or anyone in the SCP verse will be surviving either of these two.

Currently, the highest SCP reaches is 1-A+ while both The Creator and Azathoth are Tier 0. Though in the future theirs a chance that both The Creator and Azathoth will get downgraded, however, they will still both be High 1-A at least, and I currently know of no High 1-A SCP CRTs. So its a stomp no matter how future downgrades go down.

Any attempt to say any SCP will be able to ascend to even High 1-A is subject to NLF as it lacks proof of reaching that level, which would be against the Wiki's rules.
