A small question because I don't know much about Elder Scrolls lore nor its author, but why is this page used to explain Elder Scrolls cosmology ? who wrote it, and how is it considered canon to the Elder Scrolls lore ?

Does this guy contribute much to TES lore ? Because how can you take the word of one guy as canon to the verse and use them to powerscale ?

I don't think we count that as cannon, it depends on wether or not he works with Bethesda.
