Well, given that Doom Slayer has an "eons" of experience in dealing with such creatures previously, it's likely will be a difficult, exhausting and long struggle to victory in his favor.

Pretty sure that in a fight like this, xperience will be one of the least determining factors.

They are both extremly old, and "eons" is most likely an hyperbole to say "a very long time ago".

although it's true Doom Slayer has experience fighting demons that are bigger than him and manage to win many times for eons but I don't know if the BFG 9000 can do enough damage to godzilla

Godzilla kinda has a 7-B forcefield that took extensive anaylsis and precision equipment from an entire team to figure out the weakness of to get past it
