Legit no idea. The Doom of Malantai mostly is just a single page on the 5th edition Tyranid Codex and the timeframe for the ability isn't stated outright. The real thing that would make him dangerous is the fact he power nulls the activation of any abilities, drives anyone on the planet he's on to instantly fall into despair and terror, and causes anyone who tries to use powers to literally go insane instantly via the shadow in the warp. After that, the absorption would just finish those guys off. If we go by table top it would depend on how much hp you have but that can't really be accounted for here.
If the absorption thing takes a minute at most. Then all you need is a 130 cm boy that utilizes tech, that has an AI controlling him, having an equipment that deals just enough AP to one shot Doom of Malantai.
