The difference between toaa power and MU character's

Omniverse means all of reality and fiction combined. The OAA is restricted to Marvel alone, regardless of ridiculous hyperbole claims from any writers or editors.
 
Well actaully he is not really restricted to marvel since he also appears in an anime. But i can understand why you think that.

That said, The One Above All is not Stan Lee despite the former's resemblance to him.

You can't conflate the two.

Uhmm... I see you're complaining about Marvel's Omniverse defintion.

You should DC's Hypertime was stated to have something familiar to Marvel's first definition of OMniverse, and they have connected to other fictions constantly . And then we have to remember Empty Hand and the Monitors... And You guys thought Marvel was bad with it .
