Okay so Ceaser's speed is scaling to 225.15C and Ceaser is also scaling to Young Joseph who is superior to his old part, old Joseph easily reacted to Chariot and Prime Joseph is faster than Old Joseph, is Gyro also scaling to this speed or not?

While his profile said 8-C+ for AP, I could find no evidence for this metric. The only calc for part 7 that high is normal 8-C.

Makes sense. No clue if Gyro would have the AP advantage, Caesar upscales from Jonathan's corpse that can tank 0.4 Tons with no apparent damage
Gyro can break D4C's hand who can withstand some of Tusk's punches (which are 0.36 tons) although he also gets bodied by them.
