This is a simple content revision thread where it proposes The Dealer's physical tiering be upgraded to 10-A due to breaking handcuffs which is at least this strong, and the player should be 10-A physically as well due to the latter being able to assumingly break handcuffs just like The Dealer can, also there are some minor abilities missing for The Dealer.
Resurrection: Upon getting shot at or mistakingly shotting itself, The Dealer seemingly comes back after dying, this would also grant it type 4 immortality i believe.
That's basically all i can think of.
