Batman pretty easily, he just scans the blue cat with his cowl, gets tipped off it's some future-ass robot, and proceeds to blitz and lay him out in one punch.

I'm assuming what you WANTED was some sort of tech and gadget battle, but unfortunately, it wouldn't even come to that.
Batman can legitimately beat its ass with his bare hands before it can do anything.
