I vote for Kakuzu. Mid to high-diff.
Although Kakuzu scales to Kitsuchi in AP, which has a feat of 43 Kilotons, Genos has a slight AP advantage.
However, Kakuzu can increase his AP, Speed and Durability with his jutsus and can use many ranged attacks.
And you can use your dolls to surround Genos, and if they try to fly, to attack from afar while getting close. He could use Suiton and Fuuton to deny Genos Fire and Electricity attacks and so on.
