Both start 8-B, Kary's mask is allowed but she does not start off wearing it
Don't think speed needs to be equal, so for now it is not

Start 200m out in the Ringed City Swamp

The Courier (Fallout: New Vegas):

Kary-08:

Inconclusive:

Courier is a bit over 2x stronger with a basic Lazer rifle and no form of strength amps, so he has decent AP

Imma wait for knowledgeable people for Kary however

Kary's AP is actually twice the calc in base, due to the whole "stronger than both of the two combined" thing. Her 8-A is because tripling that value ends up an 8-A result. This isn't a hyperbole, as both of them acknowledge that they really can't afford to take serious hits from her and start trying to wear her down and win via attrition. Courier still is stronger even pre amping though.

She can be worn down overtime, however. That shield won't stay up forever, all her stuff is slowly (or quickly, if in 8-A) draining her energy.

Knowledgables on Kary is like, me and Prom. Though Xionic Madness isn't very long so if you watch episode 4 you should have all of what you need combined with her file.

What specifically would you like to know?

Her lead? Well, the first attacks she did against Omega and Xero was shooting at them from a body double, and in some of the earlier episodes she turned a few random enemies to energy and TKed their bullets away without a second thought. I'd say the energy blasts/danmaku is most likely as a start. Forcefield is passive and she loves to teleport to dodge stuff.

I don't see anything on the file indicating that it's some huge AP gap so I don't see why not. If radiation is an issue, she's a robot.

I will note that it didn't take her very long to summon an army of zombies and start throwing buildings around and erecting stone pillars. She definitely does make use of all her abilities.

Bump.

Is the atomic nuke thing the type to cause an EMP like real ones can?

She got EMPed by a robot when she was about to kill Omega and Xero and it shut off her forcefield and weakened some of her other stuff.

However, the robot who did that was the reincarnation of the guy who built her and knew everything about her. He could bypass her forcefield with his regular attacks due to that, for example. So it may not be with every EMP so much as it is just his.

If it's brief it may not be too relevant though.

Would the Couriers's resistances cover the damage Kary's sheild passively does?

Also how would Kary fare against stealth attacks + invisibility?

Don't think he has resistance to AP. You have to touch the shield for it to hurt you.

Considering she has neither of the powers, some type that isn't radiation or matter manip.

It should be powered by her generic energy that she uses for everything, which is generic energy projection that she can also charge with electricity.

I mean, plasma/laser attacks fall under the "resistance to radiation attacks".

Why is VATS considered Time Manipulation? I thought it was a boost to speed or senses.

Pretty sure it's in reference to stuff like the gamma gun that just irradiates people.
