Core (Gyrohem) says "lolcopy" and stomps. Seriously. He does that. Right on the profile. Gets the "immunity" to what he copies. Yep. Stomp. Done.

It's just the wording. His ability is limited to his dimensional level, meaning it's not really an immunity. Hence why I put it in quotations.

In that case, Nanashi can just do the same thing.

Here's how I see the battle

Nanashi can't be defeated unless the concept of all self-rightousness is defeated, including Law and Order

The only way I see the Core winning, is if it's willing to give up it's one desire, to maintain Law and Order.

I also don't knowhow the Core's Type 9 Immortality workes, since if his "true exixtence" is anything 5th dimensional or lower (Assuming 2-A Core,) Nanashi can finish him off there.

In that case, Nanashi can just do the same thing.

Nope. Core is on his peak with the ability even as his avatar, considering all of its powers come from the Core itself (It gets Hyperversal durability from this, so, yeah). Also, you should read the profiles, since there's some things you're missing. (No, not the thing I just said, I can get XMark over here if you need that)
