Hello,
TBATE has officially ended with Volume 12. Time for some revisions

Currently, they all scale to this feat of Arthur blowing up his house. This wouldn't be the case going forward.
Every mage (augmenter) exhibits some kind of pushing force around their body when they awaken. The degree of the force depends on the talent of the mage.
Augmenters, when they first awaken, form a sort of pushing force around the barrier, signifying that they have dominant mana channels in their body. Conjurers, on the other hand, form a vacuum of mana around them, which means their mana veins are more dominant. Of course, the degree of the pushing and vacuuming forces depends on their talent in either category.
Arthur's force was powerful enough to blow up his house. That is an outlier by all indicators, as Reynold considered just floating in the air as impressive
Not to brag, but when I first awakened—at the early age of twelve, by the way—I was sleeping, and the pushing force made me float for a good couple of minutes. Enough force to lift a human body—imagine that!
So, nobody would scale to that outside of Arthur.
That baseline feat would be replaced by Lilia's, whose awakening process was considered to be average for a mage
Her awakening had caused her bed to implode, which was about average for a mage. Her parents were ecstatic, to say the least, and hadn’t waited to enroll her in Xyrus Academy.
Fortunately, there's another feat where slightly advanced low-tier mages would scale to. Durden making a shield.
Durden should be of similar level to Early Volume 1 Reynold, who was Red Core. This would scale every Red Core to 8-C+
Due to how close the value is to the next tier (1.99 Tons), every Light Red Core mage and above would scale to High 8-C (2 Tons)

Speed:
Arthur was able to move this fast. Kaspian noted that Art was deliberately wanted to get placed in a lower class because he kept holding back during the spar
“Given the fact that you so adamantly withheld your full abilities until the end, I can only assume that you wish to be placed at a lower rank,” he said, not breaking his stride. “Note. B-class.”
This means that his rank is at least A-class. A-class Adventurers are typically of the Dark Yellow core stage
He had a smug look on his face despite his less-than-attractive appearance, with a crooked nose and greasy brown hair parted down the middle. “I am Oliver,” he said, “an A-class, dark yellow stage conjurer. I am an emitter deviant, specializing in healing.”
He stuck his jaw out as he crossed his arms, clearly pleased with himself.
Despite his attitude, it was reassuring to have a healer in the party.
“Hi! My name is Samantha, but you can just call me Sammy. Dark yellow stage, A-class conjurer with a single specialization in water, at your service!”
So, the aforementioned core level would scale to Arthur's feat.
Due to how close the value is to the next tier, Solid Yellow mages would upscale to baseline MHS+
Summary:
  • Black Core mages scale to 0.02 Tons (9-A)
  • Red Core mages scale to 1.99 Tons (8-C)
  • Light Red and above mages scale to 2 Tons (High 8-C)
  • Dark Yellow would scale to Mach 985.9 (MHS)
  • Solid Yellow mages would scale to Mach 1000 (MHS+)

After Arthur's return to Dicathen, he, alongside Gideon and eventually Wren, developed exoskeleton suits powered by the core of mana beasts.
Claire, one of the stronger pilots of the suits, was regarded as being at the level of a Silver Core mage with her suit
I’d seen her around the labs while working with Gideon and Emily to test my spellform. I didn’t know her, but I knew about her, especially how her core had been destroyed years ago, during the attack on Xyrus Academy that caused Arthur to be arrested by the Lances. But watching her move now, I wouldn’t have guessed that she had no magic of her own; she fought like a silver core augmenter.
Why is this relevant?
During the fall of Epheotus, Arthur notes that the Beast Corps should be capable of defending cities (like Xyrus) by destroying the land masses
A plan coalesced. I flew toward Gideon, ignoring panicked questions shouted by the other leaders. “Send out the Beast Corps. Map strike points and focus on defending populated areas. If we have exoforms capable of destroying the landmasses before impact, make sure they’re located in cities. I want ten— Claire Bladeheart and her best soldiers—ready to depart to Alacrya immediately. I trust you can get one of the new long-range portals activated.”
An idea that Gideon (the main designer) supports
They may not be as powerful or versatile as the strongest mages out there,” Gideon said, “but absent official channels of leadership, I can maneuver them around where they need to be more quickly than begging soldiers from Darv or Sapin
The main issue is the quantification. There are around 100 of these exoskeletons, and not ALL of them can destroy those things. For the sake of a low-ball, we'll assume that all can do it.
Arthur would be taking 10 of the best among them to Alacrya, leaving 90. 90 suits to defend the major cities across the continent.
Nobody lives in the Beast Glades—same thing with Elenoir (Aldir lol). Darv is largely underground and would be naturally protected. That leaves Sapin and the Wall. Looking at the map, we can see 13 major cities across Sapin (including The Wall). That leaves approximately 7 exosuits to defend each city. 7 suits to defend Xyrus from a life-wiping meteor would yield approximately 1.7 Teratons
A summary of the chain would be
Silver Core Mage = Claire > Unnamed suit pilot = 1.7 Teratons < 7 pilots = 12.4 Teratons
Now that that's established, let's go on to the rest of the scaling for mid tiers
It's pm the same as it was before (see previous thread about the multipliers)
Just with bigger values
1.7 Teratons = Standard Silver Core mage < Base Post TS Arthur > 40% of Base Arthur = 680 Gigatons = Madam Astrea =< Glory = High Yellow Mages
Then we go back a bit further
680 Gigatons = Brald (High Yellow mage and AA-class Adventurer) < S-class Adventurers (10x AA-class Adventurers) = 6.8 Teratons < S-Class Mana beast (10x S-class Humans) = 68 Teratons = Elderwood Guardian
That'll be all with this

This is for top-tier scaling, but I'll propose it here; then further scaling can be done in the follow-up thread
First of all, we have to establish what a "Mountain" is in the TBATE verse. Unlike the real world, where Mountains are scattered everywhere, in the main planet in TBATE, the two continents have very specific areas where you can find mountains. Dicathen has the Grand Mountains, while Alacrya has the Basilisk Fang Mountains. As you can observe on the linked maps, you can clearly see the mountain ranges. You CAN'T find a mountain anywhere else. Whenever characters refer to the term, they're describing something from either of the two mountain ranges. They don't have another idea of a "Mountain" outside of that.

What does this mean for scaling?
We have this calc that uses the destruction of one of the smaller mountains we can see in the Grand Mountains Range. This puts it at 285.6 Teratons (High 6-B). This is where those with the capability for Mountain busting would scale.
That's all
Note:
The pages would only be updated once the stat revisions are done

looks good but in the mountain nuking section.
there needs to be a cavoite for the asuras and reincarnates. yes, i agree dicatheans and alacryans perception for how big a mountain would based on the grand and basilisk mountain ranges respectively, however the asuras aren't necessarily in the same camp as epheotus has its own mountains which would be their point of reference. mountains like the one the hunt took place at could have been significantly smaller or bigger than say the grand mountains in dicathen. the same logic would apply to other worlders like Arthur.

overall tho i do agree.

That's fine. Most of the statements come from other people anyway

Hold up,if Arthur was nerfing himself to be only as strong as a B class adventurer. Shouldn't his feat be used to scale B class adventurers and upscale A class?

It's like this
He wasn't nerfing himself to B-class adventurer level
Kaspian put him there because he realised that Arthur didn't want to get scaled higher. Even with his feats.

Don't know the verse but this generally looks alright, for the Mid Tier section, are those 10x multipliers mentioned in scaling already accepted on pages? If so then I don't have any real issues with this revision.

Yeah. This thread
The gap between adventurer ranks widens the higher you go. From E rank to SS-Rank.
The gap between A rank and AA rank is 10x.
Gap between AA rank and S rank is >10x
The gap between S rank and SS rank is >>10x
So the gap between an AA rank and an SS rank is at least 100x
It would be a lie to say I was unsurprised, myself. An AA-class adventurer was a much higher level of strength than an A-class. As the class ranks increased, each jump was exponential. Moving from D-class to C-class was incomparable to what it took to advance from A-class to AA-class. At a rough estimate, being an AA-class adventurer signified that you had the strength of ten A-class adventurers
TBATE Chapter 27
“It can’t be, right? What the hell would an S-class mana beast be doing here?” Reginald almost dropped his giant hammer as he peered up at the elderwood guardian in dread—and with good reason, too. An S-class mana beast would be on par with an SS-class adventurer, or at least ten S-class adventurers
TBATE Chapter 32

Thank you all for the inputs. This can be closed then
