The Concept of Space-Time

I've got a quick question. I know that destroying/affecting/creating a space-time continuum is Low 2-C, but how strong is destroying the concept of space-time? I've heard that it could either be Low 2-C up to Low 1-A, so I'm just curious.

i mean it could be low 2-C via environmental destruction or domino effect but will not scale to your physical strength only hax.
also without context it will not reach low 1-A

can you explain how can it be low 1-A instead of the same concept as 3 spaces and 1 temporal?
