I'd say Commando, with somewhat high diff. The Gunslinger is pretty good and stuff, but The Commando got weapons that are no joke. AR VS Winchester and Glock VS Six shooter? While, all in all, the Gunslinger should have more raw damage with his guns (Which is inferior to Commando's frag grenade), The Commando's guns are much better suited for long combats, and they're automatic AND quite strong. Sorry 'slinger, but the Commando got this.
