The recent comic: Rise of the New God introduced a new character: Cosmic Ghost Rider Ripoff. Chronicler, an omniversal functionality of The Source tasked to record the histories of every dying Multiverses in the Greater Omniverse. He appear to possesses nigh-omnipotent abilities, able to wipe out the drones of Vril Dox with a single wave of his hand, resurrected Metron, Tears through the fabric of space-time from the Overvoid, was unaffected by Psycho-Pirate's emotion-altering abilities and he is protected by The Source. According to Metron, Chronicler is beyond him on several rungs of the cosmic ladder.

Furthermore, Chronicler has his book, the Codex Omniversa, which he use to record the history of the Multiverses before they die. The Codex holds the history of trillions of Multiverse.

"Tears through fabric of space-time from the Overvoid" So is that 1-A? One of Perpetua's justifications is that she tore pieces from the Overvoid to create the Monitor brothers. And it seems he has Type 8 from a High 1-A as well.

Nah, it only means that he can travel through the Overvoid and tears the fabric of space-time of a Multiverse to enter it.

Yeah the Darkest Knight is pretty powerful and he has good feats. According to the narration, Perpetua is the only being in the Multiverse who rivals his power.
