This looks great.
Just two things. That's not Reactive Power Level it's just Statistics Amplification/Empowerment. And the description for the Fear Manipulation is next to the "Limited Earth Manipulation" instead.
And just one more tiny thing, preferably there should be an "and" before Teleportation in the first key. It's just a small thing that bothered me.

Also under the Speed section the description for the second key is "Higher (via various speed enhancing items)".
It should be changed to either "Likely Peak Human (Able to outrun the Fallen and Satan's foot) with SuperHuman Reactions (Able to dodge bullet hell like projectiles), higher (via various speed enhancing items)" or "At least Peak Human etc, etc (Higher than before)". Or something along those lines.
